# Adding your crews

> Set up work crews

## Create a crew

1. Click **Crews** in the main menu
2. Click **Create crew**
3. Enter a **Crew name**
4. Choose a **Crew color**
5. Add the crew leader's **Phone number** (optional)
6. Enter the **Start address**
7. If the crew ends at a different location, check **Different end location** and enter the **End address**
8. Click **Create crew**

## Assign team members to crews

1. Go to **Settings** > **Team members**
2. Click on a team member's name
3. Select their **Assigned crew**
4. Click **Save**

## Edit crew information

1. Go to **Crews**
2. Click on the crew name
3. Make your changes
4. Click **Save changes**
