Overview
Payment links give customers a simple page where they can view their current balance, recent charges, and pay online with a credit card. Each customer gets a unique, secure link that shows their real-time account information. To accept online payments, you’ll need to connect your Stripe account first. Without Stripe connected, customers can still view their balance but can’t complete payments online.
Send an invoice via SMS
The fastest way to share a payment link is through the Invoice action, which prepares a personalized text message with the customer’s payment link.Open the FAB menu
From a customer’s profile or billing history page, tap the floating action button (➕) in the bottom-right corner. Then tap Invoice.

Select the customer
If you opened the Invoice action from a customer’s page, they’re pre-selected. Otherwise, search by name, email, phone, or address.

Send the message
A pre-filled message is composed with the customer’s unique payment link. You can edit the message if needed.

- Compose SMS — Opens your device’s native SMS app with the message pre-filled (requires a phone number on the customer’s account)
- Copy Message — Copies the full message to your clipboard so you can paste it anywhere
- Copy — Copies just the link to your clipboard
The payment link is generated automatically the first time you open the Invoice flyout for a customer. The link is unique to each customer and shows their current balance in real-time.
