Payment options
Payment processing is not yet active. The payment form is displayed but customers cannot complete payments at this time. This feature is coming soon.
If you need to create a new link and invalidate the old one:
  1. Go to the customer’s billing section
  2. Click the refresh icon next to the payment link
  3. Confirm you want to generate a new link
  4. The old link will stop working immediately
Regenerating a link will invalidate the previous link. Any bookmarks or saved links customers have will no longer work.
Payment links are ideal for:
  • Texting customers a quick link to view their balance
  • Including in email signatures
  • Posting on customer service portals
  • Sharing after completing work
  • Following up on outstanding balances
The link never expires (unless you regenerate it), so customers can bookmark it and check their balance anytime.
