View the calendar

Click Calendar in the sidebar to see all scheduled appointments across all crews. Calendar overview

What you’ll see

The calendar shows:
  • All scheduled appointments
  • Customer names
  • Service names
  • Appointment times
  • Crew assignments (if assigned)

Calendar swim lanes

The calendar organizes appointments by crew using swim lanes (one row per crew). This layout makes it easy to:
  • See which crew is working on which day
  • Identify scheduling conflicts
  • Balance workloads across crews
Each crew has a unique color to help distinguish their appointments at a glance.

View appointment details

Click any appointment to open the dedicated appointment detail page where you can see:
  • Customer name and property address
  • Service information and frequency
  • Scheduled start and end times
  • Current status (Scheduled, Completed, Rescheduled, or Cancelled)
  • Assigned crew with color coding
  • Completion notes and service records (for completed appointments)
  • Full appointment history

Appointment actions

Quick actions for scheduled appointments

For scheduled appointments, two buttons appear at the top of the page:
  • Complete Appointment - Navigate to the completion page to mark the work as finished
  • Directions - Open Google Maps with directions to the property address

Floating Action Button (FAB)

The FAB in the bottom-right corner provides access to additional actions:
  • Add Note - Add notes to the appointment (always available)
  • Complete - Mark work as finished (scheduled appointments only)
  • Reschedule - Change the date and time (scheduled appointments only)
  • Cancel Appointment or Cancel Service - Cancel the work (scheduled appointments only)
  • Delete - Permanently remove the appointment
