Overview

Everything in Probase is reachable from the sidebar. On a computer it sits down the left side of every screen. On your phone it tucks away behind the menu (hamburger) icon in the top header and slides out when you tap it — and it carries the exact same items, so the app works the same whether you’re at a desk or in the field. Your account

At the very top of the sidebar is your account card. It shows your initials, your name, and your business name underneath. Tap the card to open a short menu with:
  • My Profile — update your name, email, password, and profile settings
  • Log Out — sign out of Probase

Quick create actions

The next group is a shortcut to the three things you create most often. These are the same actions available from the floating + button — they’re here too so you can reach them while the menu is already open:
  • New Customer — opens the new-customer form right away
  • New Job — starts the guided job wizard for confirmed work
  • New Quote — starts the quote wizard for formal quotes or on-site assessments
New Customer opens directly from the sidebar See Quick Actions for what each one does. Below the quick actions are the screens you’ll use every day:
  • HomeBase — your daily dashboard (learn more)
  • Schedule — the calendar and weekly schedule (learn more)
  • Customers — your customer list (learn more)
  • Money — invoices, payments, and balances (learn more)
Whichever screen you’re on is highlighted so you always know where you are.

Business

If you own or help manage the business, a BUSINESS group gives you the setup screens:
  • Services — your reusable service templates and pricing (learn more)
  • Crew (or Crews if you have more than one) — your field teams (learn more)
  • Payments — connect Stripe and manage payment settings (learn more)
  • Settings — your business profile and account settings (learn more)
The BUSINESS group only appears for business owners and admins. Crew members who log in see the everyday navigation but not these setup screens.

Help

At the bottom, a HELP group keeps support one tap away from anywhere in the app:
  • Schedule a call — book a 1:1 with the ProBase team (opens in a new tab, pre-filled with your name and email)
  • Docs — open these docs in a new tab
  • Support — start a live chat with the ProBase team
The ProBase wordmark sits at the very bottom so you always know which app you’re in.

On your phone

On a phone, tap the menu icon in the top header to slide the navigation out. It carries the same account card, quick actions, main navigation, business setup, and help — nothing is hidden on mobile. Mobile navigation open Tap any item to go to that screen, or tap outside the menu to close it. The Probase hex P mark in the top header always takes you back to HomeBase.
