Overview

The Money page gives you a real-time view of all charges across all of your customers. At a glance, you can see how much is overdue, how much is outstanding, and how much you’ve collected this month. From here you can also view a customer’s invoice, send payment links, and record payments. Access it by clicking Money in the sidebar. Money overview page

Summary cards

The top of the page shows three cards with your key financial totals:
  • Overdue — Charges older than your configured payment due period that haven’t been paid yet
  • Unpaid — Recent charges that haven’t been paid yet (not yet overdue)
  • Paid (MTD) — Total payments received this calendar month, including any tips
Click any card to instantly filter the charge list below to that category. Click the same card again to clear the filter.

Charge list

Below the summary cards is a list of all charges for your business. Each row shows:
  • Customer name
  • Charge amount and any notes
  • Date and property address (if applicable)
  • Payment status badge (Overdue, Unpaid, or Paid)

Filter by status

Use the Status dropdown to narrow the list:
  • All Charges — Shows every charge
  • Overdue — Shows only past-due unpaid charges
  • Unpaid — Shows only recent unpaid charges
  • Paid — Shows only paid charges

View a customer’s invoice

Click on any row in the charge list to open that customer’s invoice page. The invoice shows:
  • All outstanding charges with descriptions and dates
  • Subtotal, tax, and any credits or partial payments applied
  • A Total to pay amount
Customer invoice page The invoice also has a Print button in the top-right corner of the invoice card. Tapping it opens the browser’s print dialog for a clean printed copy you can hand to your customer. From the customer invoice page, you can use the floating action button (➕) in the bottom-right corner to:
  • Send Invoice — Share a payment link with the customer via SMS
  • Record Payment — Log a cash, check, or other offline payment

Send an invoice

To send a payment link to the customer:

Open the FAB menu

Tap the floating action button (➕) in the bottom-right corner of the customer invoice page.

Tap Send Invoice

Select Invoice from the menu.

Send the message

The customer is pre-selected. A pre-filled SMS message with their unique payment link is ready to send.
  • Tap Compose SMS to open your messaging app with the message pre-filled
  • Tap Copy Message to copy the full message to your clipboard
  • Tap Copy to copy just the link Send invoice modal

Record a payment

To log a cash, check, or other offline payment:

Open the FAB menu

Tap the floating action button (➕) in the bottom-right corner of the customer invoice page.

Tap Record Payment

Fill in the payment details

The customer is pre-selected. Choose the payment method and enter the amount.Record payment form filled

Save

Tap Record Payment. A confirmation message appears and the invoice updates immediately.Payment recorded confirmation
When the payment fully covers all outstanding charges, the invoice shows “No charges yet.” Invoice after payment recorded See Recording payments for full details on payment methods and partial payments.

Payment settings

To configure when charges are considered overdue, click Payments in the sidebar under “My Business”. Payment settings page The Payment Terms section lets you set how many days after a charge is created before it is marked Overdue (default is 15 days). Charges older than this many days that haven’t been paid will appear in red in the Overdue category.
