View a customer’s profile

  1. Go to Customers in the sidebar
  2. Search for the customer by name, phone, or email
  3. Click on their name to open their page

What you can see

Customer details

View and edit:
  • Name and contact information
  • Phone number and email
  • Customer status (Lead, Active, Recent, or Inactive)
  • Last visit date and next scheduled visit
  • Current account balance

Properties

See all properties associated with this customer:
  • Property addresses
  • Services active at each property
  • Property-specific notes

View all services for this customer:
  • Active, assessment, and cancelled services
  • Service details and pricing
  • Upcoming appointments

Billing

See the customer’s billing information at a glance:
  • Current account balance — click the balance to open the full billing history with all charges, credits, and payments
  • Card on file — shows saved payment method (if any) and whether auto-charge is active

Notes

View and manage notes about this customer:
  • Customer-specific notes
  • Notes created by your team
  • Attached files and photos

Recent activity

See recent and upcoming appointments for this customer:
  • Recently completed appointments (last 30 days)
  • Upcoming scheduled appointments
  • Service name and property address for each appointment
  • Appointment status (Completed, Scheduled, etc.)
  • Quick access to view appointment details
